[And to be fair to Megumi he uh. Did apparently need the push, for this. Otherwise he'd still be chastising Estinien over text and then where would he be? Not sitting here with a lap full of elezen, drawing Estinien down into another, needier kiss, and really, that'd be a damn shame.]

[ Estinien knows that himself. Knows that Megumi cares very much for everyone and everything that she comes across, it is not uncommon to see her pushing people together that have unresolved feelings or helping solve problems she was never obligated to solve. But. That is just her way. At least, what Estinien gathers of it. ]

[ And then he's drawn into another kiss. He's fine with that of course. He was fine with Gaius before he ever kissed him. Did Estinien ever think to look at Gaius this way? No, of course not? He hadn't the time. But the camaraderie they shared is definitely the spark here.

[there's no text because aymeric is currently curled around estinien in bugbear, sleeping soundly. they've both been exhausted by the ordeal that is nidhogg and hraesvelgr, and they need the rest.

it's late at night when aymeric finally begins to rouse, still pressed close to estinien, tail wound securely around his leg]

[ good, because he's cozy and comfortable right now. what little sleep he affords himself should be spent basking in those that he loves. ]


[ when aymeric rouses, he can take a moment to look at estinien, who has not moved a muscle. ]

[aymeric is doing precisely that, head lifted up just enough so he can admire estinien's fine features, how relaxed and calm he looks like this. he brushes his scaly knuckles along estinien's cheek softly]

[ He tilts his head into the affections, it's...nice. He still doesn't rouse just yet. He may be awake or he may be asleep. Either way he is enjoying the touch. ]

[as he's watching estinien, a thought occurs to aymeric... he murmurs softly, almost a whisper, to see if estinien's awake]

Estinien?

[ He still doesn't move! So presumably, yes. Still asleep. ]

[aymeric presses a warm kiss to estinien's neck, and then another, making a path up towards estinien's ear where he covers it with kisses]

[ Well, that certainly wakes him up! He makes a rumbling noise in his chest, and peeks an eye at Aymeric. ]

Mm?

[speaking softly into estinien's ear]

Good morning, my love. Though 'tis a few more bells 'til morning proper.

Did you sleep soundly?

[ Hmm, he could listen to Aymeric all day. All night. ]

Aye. Best sleep I've had all week. And you?

[the tips of his claws idly curl underneath the hem of estinien's shirt, brushing the skin at his waist]

I am well rested enough. Though that is only because you were here.

[ Humming happily. ]

[smiles and rests his head on estinien's shoulder, thumb rubbing over his hip]

You look so enticing like this.

Your hands tell me you’ve something in mind?

[ Tilting his head back, give him a kiss!! ]

Only if you are amenable.

[sliding his hand up estinien's shirt as he leans in and kisses him, sweet and languid]

[ His lips turn up into a smile. Kissing him back slow and gentle. ]

[hums into the kiss, parting his lips and seeking out estinien's tongue to entwine with it as his hand finds estinien's nipple beneath his shirt and toys with it]

[ oh, he purrs into the kiss, gasping a little with the pinch of his nipples. aymeric really did know how to turn him on. his tongue finds and entwines with aymerics, a pleased hum. ]

[that reaction pleases aymeric, and he tweaks estinien's nipple before releasing the kiss]

Have you any oil?

Aye. Bedside drawer.

[ Rumbling in his chest. Breathing out softly. ]

Very good.

[he reluctantly lets go and sits up to rummage in the drawer, taking out the lubricant and accompanying finger gloves. he patiently applies them to his finger tips]

Shirt off, please.

[he says it as a request, but there's a note of command in his voice]

[ His tail flicks with heavy interest. He shifts to pull his shirt off and discard it somewhere on the floor. ]

Where should you want me next, beloved?

[he cups estinien's cheek with his non-gloved hand]

My beloved Estinien Varlineau. Will you allow me the pleasure of making love to you? Or to put it in the modern parlance: of swiving you until you can no longer think? And before you answer--

[his hand moves to place a finger on estinien's lips, his eyes crinkling]

Know that you can refuse me, and I shall take no offense. The most wonderful thing, to me, is to be by your side with your love in my heart. And already I am blessed to have that. I could not possibly be disappointed.
